CRASHED RACING MOTOCROSS AND WAS TAKEN TO THE ER AND REFERED TO DR MARTIN. WENT IN AND WAITED 2.5 HOURS AND WHEN THEY WERE CLOSING UP ONE OF THE RECEPTIONISTS ASKED WHAT I WAS STILL WAITING ON AND THEN FREAKED OUT WHEN THEY REALIZED THAT THEY HAD NOT SEEN ME AND NEALRY ALL THE PROVIDERS HAD LEFT. THEY GOT ME IN, DID XRAYS, AND REFERED ME FOR AN MRI. THE MRI WAS DONE AT ARIZONA ORTHO'S OWN MRI CENTER. FOLLOWED UP FOR THE RESULTS OF MY XRAY AND MRI. AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR TO EVEN BE CALLED BACK FOR MY APPOINTMENT THAT I WAS 20 MIN EARLY FOR. I WAITED ANOTHER 35 MIN IN THE WAITING ROOM. DR MARTIN WALKEDIN LOOKED AT MY LEG AND SAID " WELL I REVIEWED YOUR XRAY AND MRI AND ITS NOT GOOD. BUT AT THIS TIME IM GOING TO SAY THAT YOU NEED TO SUCK IT UP, START PUTTING WEIGHT ON IT AND WALKING ON IT, YOU CAN'T MAKE IT ANY WORSE." I ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND HIS REPLY WAS " I SAW IN YOUR FILE THAT YOU SAID THIS WAS A MOTOCROSS ACCIDENT, LOOK AT YOURSELF, DO YOU REALLY NEED TO BE RIDING MOTOCROSS?" AGAIN I ASKED WELL WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY KNEE, AND HIS REPLY WAS " ILL GET YOU A COMPRESSION SLEEVE, AND YOU COULD PROBABLY DO SOME PHYSICAL THERAPY." AND WALKED OUT OF THE EXAM ROOM. I ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY RECORDS, MY XRAY AND MRI. I HAVE RECEIVED TWO DISCS WITH OTHER PEOPLES XRAYS ON THEM NOT MINE. IT TOOK ME TWO WEEKS TO GET A COPY OF MY RECORDS WHERE DR MARTIN SIGNED SHOWING ON THE MRI THAT I HAVE A FRACTURED LEG, TORN ACL, TORN MANICUS AND OTHER ISSUES REQUIRING SURGERY! ND HE TOLD ME TO WALK IT OFF! MY LEG HAS GOTTEN WORSE SINCE THE VISIT! I CAN HARDLY WALK UN ASSISTED AND AM OUT OVER 500 IN CO PAYS FOR NOTHING! DO NOT RECOMMEND DR MARTIN!
