"Jennifer was able to talk with me and hear me on my phone early in June. During the following 4 visits she was unable to hear me and cancelled the visits stating thatI was a no show. The last visit on July 30th, she cancelled the visit as a " no show" after only 5 minutes. This indicates a lack of interest in the patient's mental status. "

"Raised more issues than resolved for couples counseling. We have seen many individual and couple counselors and by far the least effective for helping us. Works out of her home and has her pet dog sit on her lap most of the time. Many times I felt she was more focused on her pet than clients."

"This quack has been counseling my ex husband. My ex admitted to being sexually attracted to a 13 year old girl. I have Arthur Kilduff's own words explaining to my husband that it is very normal for many of his male clients as "14's tend to have sure mature bodies!" He also told my husband that he is in no uncertain terms a pedophile but that me (his wife) is just "Hyper Vigilant" about who he stares at in public and that my own past is coloring my view on my husband's interest in young women. He chuckled about it ...actually LAUGHED about men looking at underage CHILDREN in a sexual manner or stated that so many 14 year olds look like adults so...so what! This is the man my ( soon to be EX) husband has been paying to counsel him...or who has basically STOLEN money from our family budget! QUACK and worse! "

"Dr. Heath-Martinez was assigned to my partner and me by the VA. We worked with her for approx. 4 mos but she rarely spoke during our sessions. She was pleasant and encouraged us to "hang in there," but we wanted guidance and help with our relationship and got none. She never answered her phone and only answered e-mail. When she had to cancel, the link to the virtual meeting would be canceled but the burden was left on me to call and find out what happened to our appt. At the end of a particularly rough session, she said we'd schedule soon for another appointment. After 4 weeks and only after another VA provider messaged her to call me to schedule, she again only sent an e-mail to me stating that she talked to her supervisor and based on the way the previous session went, my partner and I needed individual help and that she wasn't going to work with us anymore but would refer us to another therapist. I tried to call her and follow up with her but she didn't answer the phone, again. I got patient advocate to help me because hopefully the Doctor will communicate with them as she obviously doesn't respect the patient's desire to communicate with her directly. She never followed up with a call much less an appointment. She wasted tax money, our time and has left me with a feeling of mistrust of therapists."
