Miss Brocha Soloff

Soloff filed 3 fraudulent charges on my insurance account, when I never spoke to nor saw her but once. I requested for an appointment on Nov 27 and she filed claims for Nov 20 and Nov 27.  I saw her on Dec. 4.  She had an office in her basement, wore a parka and a hat while talking to her. She had no other staff.  She called me on Dec 11, but I did not answer nor called her back and she filed a claim on that date.  When I talked to an Aetna rep, he called Soloff and insisted that tele-health conversations are billable.  It's impossible that I even talked to her on my cellphone because my plan is only $6/month, which does not even give me enough time to speak 5 sentences. To top it all, her claims for Nov 20, Nov 27, Dec 4, Dec 11 were immediately processed by Aetna on Dec. 13, the date I discovered the fraudulent charges. After my complaint with Aetna, Soloff texted me this - "I am not holding you financially responsible. You don't need to worry. Please call them back and take back your claim."  I paid her $30 as co-pay and she did not send it back when I discovered that I have no co-pay at all.  I am not after the $30.  She committed fraud, which is a criminal offense.
