"I first went to see Dr. Alwaya on December 6, 2017 where he diagnosed me as having Asthma and prescribed 3 inhalers. I returned again 5 days later after medication with the inhalers, yet with more severe symptoms, On December 11, I was was worse and had informed the Dr that the inhalers were not working and he stated that I should continue to use them. By the end of the appointment he diagnosed me with Pneumonia after a chest xray. Dr. Alwaya prescribed an antibiotic and steroid for 5 days. I returned again on December 14 with my cough being worse than ever. The Dr. then sent me for a CT scan. I went for the CT scan on December 15. I called the Dr on December 18 after being out of work for 6 days and asked about the results of the CT scan. He just said it confirmed that I had pneumonia and that I should go to see my cardiologist for the fluid on my longs. I made an appt for the cardiologist and then called Dr. Alwaya's office and asked them to send the cardiologist a copy of the results of my xray and CT scan. I went to the cardiologist on December 21 and all Dr. Alwaya's office had given them was a copy of the xray report. When the cardiologist's office called Dr. Always's office for a copy of the CT scan they did not have a copy of the report. How could Dr. Alwaya inform me that the CT scan report confirmed I had pneumonia when he never saw a copy of it? After visiting the cardiologist I went back to Dr. Alwaya's office. The Dr examined me and this time told me I had ACID REFLUX from the Steroid i had taken. I don't believe that this man knows what he is doing. I told him the inhalers did not work. He stated to continue to use them, not even considering changing them. Then it seemed that every time I went to see him he had a different diagnosis for me. I ended up going to an urgent care on December 27 and then the 29 for a follow up, and during the follow up visit on the 29th the urgent care doctor sent me to the ER where I was admitted for still having pneumonia. I spent 4 days in the hospital. There is no reason why it had to take a month to recover from this. I would look into having Dr. Alwaya's credentials confirmed. I feel sorry for anyone that sees him on a regular basis"

"First, let me say that doctor Hossam is probably a nice doctor. However, the office and staff are mostly very chaotic, especially the receptionists. They have the worst customer service ever. I was asking the guy in the front a question after I signed up my name, and he didn’t even answer me, kept staring at the computer screen, ignoring me completely. After repeating the question another, he finally looked at me shaking his head with a grumpy face. It was a yes or no question: “is doctor Amin here today?” Another thing is they tell you that You don’t need an appointment and it’s a walk in, but you will end up waiting at least 2 hours until you see a doctor. After waiting, I unfortunately saw another doctor, not doctor Amin, who didn’t introduce himself. He prescribed me a blood pressure medication based on a single measurement. I tried to explain to him that my measurements at home are normal and I might have a white coat syndrome, but didn’t even consider that and kept saying arrogantly, “you will have to take the medication.” I will never go back to this office again.
