"Dont go to this surgeon, he doesnt know what he is doing, he doesnt take seriously the patients body, mine was a very simple bicept tendon reattachment, one of the most common injuries in the body building community, Kevin Laroche managed to screwed up my arm and the surgery, i have a 12 inch scar incision he did, and my arm is still the same or even worst (due to 12 inch scar, skin scaring and 6 month wasted on “recovery”) after surgery. My arm after surgery was still what they called “Popeyes arm” which was the caused of why we did the surgery, to fix the issue , after the surgery and swelling went down , i noticed my bicep looked the same and felt the same as before the surgery, i kept telling Kevin that the surgery wasn't good, something was wrong and he kept telling me to work out the muscle, to build it up, whats theres to build up when there is no muscle?, he didn't reattached my bicep with my tendon properly during surgery so my bicep continues to be de attached from tendon causing the “Popeyes arm” effect, after 6 month of dealing with the surgery recovery, physical therapy, laser treatments to clear the 12 inch scar he did on my arm, i told him to do an other MRI because my arm didn't feel right , Kevin Laroche kept saying “work out the muscle” “build it up”, i knew something was wrong so i didn't not do any exercise due to prevent further injury, after i did the second MRI, there it is, my bicep is still de attached from my tendon, its the same as before, actually worst than before surgery, now i have a 12 inch scar on my arm, 6 month wasted on a surgery that was poorly performed, wasted time and well being in surgery recovery, time wasted in physical therapy, money wasted on laser treatments for the scar. Kevin Laroche reactions after the second MRI that revealed how bad he screwed up were “i don't know”, “ i have no idea what happened” , this surgeon shouldn't be in business, DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU APPRECIATE AND LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY."

"Worst doctor ever - stay away! Did not treat my trigger finger properly first time injection on 4/5/23 - cortisone given in the wrong finger where no pain was - side of finger for trigger finger. So I told him so and that it was not effective and wanted to see his partner - and office did not allow that - and would ignore & hang up on me when I wanted to see his partner. 2nd shot was finally done right in the right spot, where pain existed and more effective. He got VERY ANGRY WITH ME BECAUSE I WANTED TO DROP HIM AND GO HIS PARTNER - therefore I got the most painful 2nd shot ever intentionally.. This is unethical plus dealing with his anger with me, and I'm to have surgery with this doctor, no way! I was over charged with billing charges - I contacted my insurance company and they are now investigating. Worst office ever - worst experiences ever - I've had 5 trigger finger surgeries and I know what's good - I made the worst decision to be seen at this office and by this doctor - office receptionist will just hang up on you when you want to switch to his partner - THEY REFUSED MY REQUEST. The billing charges on my 2nd visit was approx $1300.00 (for only 1 shot) when my initial 1st visit was only $700.00 - They overcharged me intentionally, I believe just to get rid of me - because I complaint and wanted to see his partner instead, well that's my choice. Unethical practices here, I have the right to see another doctor in his practice if I want to, however they did not allow it. I did not trust this doctor's decision and his explanations are definitely not clear - misleading for surgery. Overall - my experience has been a nightmare with both this office and this doctor - I have filed several complaints with my insurance company against his office billing as well as his ethics & treatment towards me and their ethics for not allowing me to switch over to the other doctor in his practice. Filed a grievance against him. Filed a complaint for overcharging/billing my insurance company which is fraud, and got billed for Undisclosed drugs ? which I don't even know what that is.... it appears on my insurance statement. I'm not paying for undisclosed drugs which I don't even know about. BEWARE ! my advice - stay away from Dr. James Vahey! 2nd office visit was approx $1300.00 while the 1st initial one was only $700.00 nope not right - this doctor got angry with me for wanting to see his partner and overcharged billing and the nasty most painful cortisone shot ever.... and walked out of the room and just said surgery next.. Well I'm allowed 3 cortisone shots - his anger towards really came thru - Stay away! "

"Extremely Satisfied. I have had to have 7 surgeries on my hands from 2001 through 2025. I am still undergoing treatment. Dr. Bronstein is an amazing surgeon. He explains all options & tries to avoid surgery if possible. The staff has always been very professional, demonstrating compassion when needed. Sure, I've had to wait past my appointment time to get in on a few occasions, but I figure if he is spending too much time with previous patients, he's going to spend the time that I need too. He is very pleasant, with a wonderful sense of humor. I highly recommend Dr. Bronstein & wouldn't put my hands in anyone else's hands. "
