"My review is mostly negative because of the long wait times and miscommunication experience I had with the office staff reception sign in person but the Dr was so late for my visit that a different Dr had to see me and none of there recommendations where recorded and implemented correctly by staff very frustrating and I’m getting a new Dr and office because of it really a shame the service I received "

"Everyone in the front office seems rushed, impatient, and over-worked which causes poor (or no) communication with patients who are forced to wait an hour or more to be taken back to see the Doctor. In between my visits, the front office staff who dealt with my insurance took more than 2 work weeks to contact me with updates (despite my leaving several voicemails asking for information and/or timelines). Definitely not worth the wait. During all of my appointments (5 in total over a period of 4 months) Dr. Milford seemed preoccupied and distracted and his questions/answers were always hurried, terse, or both. He made no eye contact. He seemed frustrated that I was having a hard time speaking succintly and as quickly as he was. Ironically, I went to him because I was having problems with cognitive functioning--including forming thoughts and speaking--making his gruff, hurried manner and poor listening skills all the more frustrating. At one point early on, he sent me for tests which confirmed I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms. Huh? That complaint was never even brought up during our 6 minute appointments. After subjecting myself to his idea of practicing medicine for 4 more appointments (I was desperate, I admit, for answers), he recommended I go elsewhere for treatment. He said he didn't have the time to try to figure out what was wrong with me (sudden cognitive impairment including difficulty forming thoughts and speaking). Dr. Milford seems to prefer to take straightforward, easier-to-diagnose cases. He also seems inclined to run unecessary tests like the nerve conduction study that was done on my arms and legs. It makes no sense to me that he never once ordered a scan of my head. For these reasons, I would never recommend Dr. Milford--to anyone."

"I moved to Las Vegas last year and needed to find a neurologist, Dr Dixit's was the closest i could find to where I live but I have to depend on rides to and from his office which is 16 minutes to and 16 minutes back home. Aside from his assistant taking my vitals all dr Dixit does is ask questions that can be done either by video or by phone. Dr Dixit is seeing me every 6 months because of the distance. I wish he offered telehealth."
