Gastroenterologists who are Physicians - Las Vegas, NV

"Every time I have gone to this office, the front desk staff is very rude at check in. The Dr is always running late, and can't give more than 1 minute of his time. If you need to call this office plan on spending your entire day on the phone to get through to someone. "

"It has now been almost a month since my doctor sent the first and second referral that were "not received" would not confirm fax number for me to give doctor to try again. Now weeks later i am told that the doctor has not "reviewed referral" and they will call in a few weeks about setting up an appointment. In addition my husband had a colonoscopy with this doctor last week. The initial doctor's appointment was with three other people and i believe everyone was charged for a regular doctor's appointment. We were told to be at the surgery center at 8:00am he was called back for the procedure at 10:30-11:00. The receptionist at the surgery center told "she likes to have all her patients arrive earlier, line them up and then get started. No regard for patients time or the time of the people who have agree to drive the patient. There were problems with the procedure and more than a week later and two phone calls "not sure when Doctor will be able to make an appointment to decide next step""

"I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the person who answered refused to give me one. She stated that in order to be seen I would have to provide them with my medical records from my doctor. Wow! "

"Showed up to the appointment I had scheduled over a month ago to find the office locked, no lights on, and a for rent sign in the window. I call the phone number on the documents provided and was told he closed the practice. I received no notice."
