"Dr Grayson has a very vindictive, nasty scheduler which says something about his judgement. The Dr seemed nice and knowledgable. I was not told berything I needed to know before surgery. I am a stroke survivor and I need everything planned out in order to function. When they said I needed a ride to the surgery I figured OK a cab or Uber. I was told at pre op that no, I had to have someone stay the entire time and someone had to then stay with me 12-24hrs at home. None of this was told to me at Dr Grayson's office. The scheduler said it was my fault that I didn't know which set me off. I had a number of people telling me to talk to the doctor because surely there have been others in my same predicament. No. It was just my problem, tough luck. I was finally able to arrange transportation and someone to stay with me. The whole time I was given the runaround. All the stress and crying I've done have harmed my health plus I can't see out if one eye. The nasty, vindictive scheduler has decided I can't have the surgery I desperately need. I think the scheduler has had it in for me from the beginning. The Dr decided I should have the surgery on short notice when she wasn't working. Her little power center was upended by my having a surgery scheduled without her say so. I think she may have been particularly nasty to me because of it. I also think my not being happy and thankful they screwed me really pussed the scheduler off. The poor judgment of having the vindictive person in an important \r position shows poor judgment. STAY AWAY!!!!! "

"Dr. Bhend performed cataract surgery on my right eye in 2018 and the result was simply wonderful. Now I need to have the left eye done. Even though he has moved several miles away to a different office, I would follow him anywhere."
