"Dr. Hoang has been seeing my family for at least two decades. Her staff is very responsive to our requests for appointments and although the office is very busy the waiting time doesn't exceed 15 minutes. Dr. Hoang is very compassionate, a good listener and very effective with the care she provides. Her health advice and specialist referrals are top notch. She has a very positive, helpful, can do attitude and always finds a solution to keep us in good health. "

"I made an appointment to have my 2nd check up with this doctor for my results, then yesterday they called me to confirm my appointment I said yes ill go. Then…. I came early sat in the office waiting for the doctor for 30 mins! Then she came and said that she dont need to see me and I need to have another test and the front desk told me. I told her why they didnt tell me when Im making and appointment or when they called me yesterday. this doctor was blaming me for making an appointment when they tried contacting me through VOICEMAIL. THEN WHY DO THEY LET ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HOW WOULD I KNOW if they pull up my records when making an appointment. The doctor keeps repeating that why I made the appointment. HOW WOULD A PATIENT KNOW IF THEY DONT NEED AN APPOINTMENT. Never friendly to me, but to others yes. "

"Lets go back to the 1980's. I had Dr. Cheney then and absolutely loved her. I moved away. When I came back I had another doctor. I found Dr. Cheney again when I changed insurance companies. She was good to me and we went right over the diabetes. She scheduled me for some blood work and really seemed interested in my medical. The front desk people were a bit much. Miss spelling of my name, my address etc. They had my drivers license with all that right there in front of them. That is why they got a 3*"

"It`s urgent care, so you don`t need any appointments. Just fill out your part of i765 at home and they know what to do next. We lost my all previous vaccination record so doctor Ahmadi evaluated the working environments of me and my wife and recommend three vaccinations (Yes, you don`t need all of them on the list). We received all vaccinations on-site and sent out a blood test on the same day. The blood test center is only 1.5 miles away. We got the service on Monday, and the doctor received the blood test online on Friday, finish our i765, and we picked it up on Friday at noon. Very fast, convenient, and efficient. "

"I was calling this lady office 19 x in a 3 week period. Telling her how much pain I was in. I was misdiagnosed by a friend of hers, and she also did no eval of her own. I had an ovarian torsion, and many broken ribs. Surgery revealed, I almost tore a ligament out of the socket, due to the issue going on for as long as it did. She refused pain meds, and ignored my er hospital visits, despite her office calling and asking where I had gone, so they could follow up on what was wrong with me. She did literally, less than nothing and ‘plays’ stupid. Educated not in the states, and clueless….steer clear."
