"I was used to just waiting in a room for a doctor to show up maybe 15 min after a nurse goes out of the room taking your blood pressure and such. He showed up promptly in a casual demeanor. His humor was pretty funny as we shoot the sh**, which I think he was just trying to make me comfortable to assess if my blood pressure was just what it is or if it was due to anxiety being in a clinic. He certainly has his quirks, but is an excellent doctor that knows what he's talking about. Unlike some doctors that will try to assess you at once, he is will refer you (as he did for me) to a specialized doctor if your symptoms requires more specialized care. No ego, no pretentiousness, no BS."

"I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea for over 10 years and receiving BiPAP therapy because my pressures are quite high 18/13cmH2O. All of my previous sleep studies have supported this and I reported this to the Dr at my appointment. He sent me for another sleep study and the technician confirmed my diagnosis verbally at the time. Upon receiving the report and diagnosis from the Dr my prescription was for CPAP therapy at 8cmH2O. I did not believe this diagnosis, so I took the report to another Dr (Jamie Marie Bigelow), who inspected the report and agreed with me that the diagnosis was grossly incorrect. She also questioned the need to even have another sleep study because I had one from 2014 that should have been sufficient to provide a prescription. I was not impressed by the doctor or his office even before receiving my misdiagnosis. The office is in a run-down building in china town. It takes a month or more to get an appointment. The staff seems overwhelmed with the number of patients--huge stacks of files on the reception desk. When I first saw the doctor he requested a sleep study, which I was able to schedule quite quickly. After the sleep study, I called to make an appointment to get the results--the first available appt was 6-weeks out. Then, when I went to see the doctor, they didn't even have my sleep study! Absolutely no 'care' is taken by this doctor or his office. Honestly, it seems to me to be a sleep apnea mill. Cranking through as many patents as possible is the shortest time."

"I went to Dr Denissov for a physical and she was mostly fine. When I asked her about my weight, her response was "have you ever been skinny though?" . That didn't feel great. However, after having an ER appointment and requiring a follow up she was very dismissive about my test results. When I spoke with specialists that I sought out (she did not recommend or refer) they were appalled she had not taken things more seriously. It also took multiple emails when I reached out to get a referral for a specialist for a standard recommended screening we had discussed at the physical, she never responded but rather an misinformed NP in her office did. I do not recommend her or her practice. They seem lost and unable to function well in modern medicine."
