Poor equipment!
Gone through two auditory tests like lest than one hour and charge insurance company more than five hundred dollars. I visited this office because I have itchy ear and would like to remove earwax. Other lady (not Dr. Tara M. Morrison) came and looked at my ear and removed earwax (three minutes work) but I was still feel itchy. Later she recommended auditory test (I thought just one test) but based on the claim for the insurance company it is actually two tests (surprise). 
VERY POOR EQUIPMENT: she gave me the headset that includes microphone. Everytime I heard she whisphered (never seen that in the U.S.) and I supposed to say yes. At the other place (like FAA First Class Certificate) they have a button for you to press everytime you heard the sound (beeping sound). At this place, a lady whisphered and I said "yes" to let her know I heard the sound (1944 technology?). Just let than one hour work and charge the insurance company a lot of money. I feel sad because we could use that money to build a better country or feed hungers.

I had the greatest experience with a PA and Doctor that anyone could have. The PA Matt PATIENTLY listened to ALL my symptoms and recorded them. Usually that’s a “rush” job at a doctor’s office. Doctor Morrison was very patient as well and has a great attitude in dealing with a patient. She was very thorough and gave me insight into all options for continued care. AND...the office staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I have been to many other doctor’s offices looking for help with various sicknesses and have never been treated so well!
