I have been a patient with this office for years now.  Dr. Gopal is an excellent physician and individual but the front office is impolite and doesn't want to step out of their way.  I had scheduled an annual exam 3 months ago, as the Dr's availability was very limited.  It's just happened to be on the day that our insurance provider switched from a 3rd party directly to the insurance.  The insurance itself provided us with a letter to present for a visit until we obtain our new member IDs.  It didn't matter to them.  They did everything possible to deny service.  They could have billed me directly and then run the insurance next week.  But god forbid they get out of their way.  No respect at all that I had to take the time off from work, nevertheless, most probably I would have to wait another 3 months to schedule an annual.  Taking all my family's business elsewhere
