I have been with this Primary Care doctor for the last 8 years. Doctor is  good  and very friendly and addressed all my concerns with very patience and provides the advices

Professional office staff is very organized and I always get timely reminders. They stick to the schedule, so wait times are minimal. They also have blood work collection that happens in house so scheduling with external LABs and extra trips are avoided. The doctor is well informed, very helpful and supportive. Hope they stay this way.

I have been with this Primary Care doctor for the last 2 years. This is my second visit to the doctor office.  She is a good doctor and very friendly and addressed all my concerns with very patience. Supporting staff is very nice , friendly. and very professional. Staff called me and reminded about my well check up.

I want to give them zero star. I don’t want to say much but they are unprofessional and mixed up the other reports. They gave other women’s report to my wife which has all confidential information. 
I asked them, what is this? They didn’t accepted their mistake. They doesn’t care about someone’s confidential health details.

New patient, don’t go to this office.

Doctors office mixed up my records with another patient and gave me the other patients blood works as mine. Also submitted incorrect records to insurance and caused collection agency issues. When confronted refused to see the patient. Bad office management and addressing of patients. Extreme irresponsibility that is completely unacceptable from a Doctor's office.
 Violating HIPAA rules and mixing up patient records.  Patients need to be extra careful with this doctor's office and ensure the blood work is actually theirs and not some one else.  Watch Out !!!.
