When we moved from FL in 2020, our insurance company gave us Dr. Reuland's name as one of our choices in the area.  We have been his patients for over 5 years now and feel grateful we have him.  Dr. Reuland makes us feel cared for, listened to, and respected.  We never leave his office without saying "we are so lucky to have him".  Never rushed. Always empathic. This is the way I remember office visits in the past. Before large corporations and mergers took over medicine.

I can't rate the Physician because I never actually saw him.  But I CAN rate my overall experience with his office staff.  I had such a poor experience with his wife who was at the front desk, his nurse, and her son who is the Receptionist, that I decided to leave before the doctor came into the exam room.  I only went to this Doctor because my amazing, wonderful family doctor of 25 years, Dr. Prattes, retired, and this doctor took over his practice.  Sad mistake.  Then to top it all off, they wouldn't even give me my own medical records when I asked for them.  Just RUDE.
