"Horrible, horrible service. Dr. is good but the facility and staff are horrible. Appointments are 2 months out. I've had 2 appointments and both times had to wait over 2 hours from appointment time to see her. This is unacceptable. The staff are rude. Just not worth it. I'm going elsewhere, anywhere but here. I don't recommend."

"I really like the doctor, he is very nice and accommodating. My biggest problem here is his staff --- this is actually the 3rd time, that I felt like I was ignored. 1. I remember I have a lab order from the doctor , but the staff never emailed it to me, so when I went to my doctor's appointment with Dr. Asprec - he was wondering, why I have not gone to the lab yet, and it says on the note that it was emailed to me, but never did, so they only emailed it to me when I was there - This happened last year. 2. This was also last year, I was in pain so I called the office to make an appointment. The front person told me she will call me back and I never received a phone call. I had to call again and I even got mad. Of course the lady apologized, and I was okay with it. 3. But, last week it happened again! I was trying to call my doctor to make an appointment, and the person who answered told me that she will call me back and never did. So now, I am tired being ignored and I will replace my doctor. Don't get me wrong, people are nice here when they are in front of you , but I think they are not doing their job. We are talking about someone's life her. You don't get to filter which one you will call back and which are not. All lives are important! Doctor Asprec is a very reputable doctor-- I am just very sad that his employee does not know how to protect his name. It really makes me sad to get this kind of treatment."
