I went to a doctors appointment on May 7, 2024 @ 2pm to see Dr. Sue Mohindra as my Primary doctor was not available. She started the appointment by asking if she could record our conversation through an AI program to help better diagnose my issue. I allowed her to and thats when she asked me to describe the reason for my visit. I was coming in to see the doctor about a large mass forming under my skin right around my hip bone. She felt around the area, had me perform a few stretches and insisted she knew what the problem was without any further testing. She said i had a case of Bursitis, which is a type of inflammation within the joints, she even showed me a picture of it on the wall. I told her i didnt feel like that was an accurate diagnosis and would like further testing, which is when she became very aggressive and started asking me how i wanted her to treat my issue, like I was the doctor. She told me to take 3 Ibuprofen a day and that she will send a referral for an orthopedic specialist to look at the mass on my hip. She also tried to schedule an X-ray on the area to see if i had any fractures to rule that out while also telling me it would be a complete waste of my time, all within the same sentence.... I came in asking to get an ultrasound or an MRI on a large mass on my hip that could be cancerous. She told me its not cancerous and that it wont go away and that its not something thats visible on an xray and would not schedule me for an ultrasound or an MRI. She became very rude, she started yelling at me, she mis-diagnosed me, and I wasted an hour of my life and a $55 copay and i still have a painful lump on my side. I also looked her up online and she has SEVERAL bad reviews about her terrible bedside manner and not properly diagnosing her patients as well as talking down to most of the people that enter into her exam room.
