The staff and Dr Chaney were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend their service to new patience looking for a primary care provider.

I have an appointment today 9/3/2024 with Doctor Naomi Chaney at 1:30pm. I really really looked forward to this day because I waited for 4 months for the appointment. Her staff Veronica called me and said Doctor Chaney have an emergency so they have rescheduled me a week from today. I said I’m very frustrated because I waited for 4 months for to see a primary care, I have some prescriptions to be refilled and some health issues I need to consult  so if they can reschedule me sooner than another week. I asked that if they can send my message to Dr. Chaney. Her staff Veronica and another lady which she whom transferred who she said she doesn’t need to give her name when I asked, told me that they totally canceled my appointment because I was very combative. If phone conversation are recorded, somebody should listen to it, I didn’t even use any bad language and I said only short sentences to see if they can reschedule me sooner and send my message to the doctor.  These 2 ladies are the one really very combative on the phone. Both ladies were very rude. It’s ashame that this is how Doctor Chaney’s clinic operates. I wonder if she knows it??!! Maybe she does but doesn’t care because, I just looked at her reviews through Aetna’s site and sure it is,  the reviewer said “She needs to hire different office staff. They are rude and obnoxious “.

I've been a patient of Dr Chaney for 15 plus years.  She is attentive, passionate  and knowledgeable. She had guided me and always follows up. 14 years ago have a liver transplant.  I feel I wouldn't be alive if is it wasn't for her awesome care. You might have to wait a little for her at an appointment but she gives her full attention to each.

Went here because I was concerned about my blood pressure and she said that everything is fine. I really don't remember much about my interactions with her anymore since it's been a long while, but what made me run for the hills was when she printed info about my concerns from Wikipedia. I never went back after that.

Dr. Chaney is horrible!! First time being there they told us we needed to wear masks. I asked if they had any for my daughter and i, the nurse said no so i sent my daughter to the car to get some masks. Next patient came in and the receptionist gave her one. Really? That was a red flag. Dr. was rude and talked into her computer instead of me the patient what was wrong with my blood tests for my yearly exam. I had to ask her if we could go back into the room to discuss what she had said because i didn't understand what she was doing. I didn't want to hear my results in front of everybody else. Nurse also likes to tell Dr Chaney about other patients problems in front of you.. was the confidentiality there?? I needed surgery on my ankle, she told me just to wear a boot and i would be fine. My achillis was torn and i needed emergency surgery. Please don't choose her as your doctor. Was a waste of 6 months.
