I've been seeing Dr. Jih for my hair loss. I feel I finally have a doctor who is taking my problem seriously and offering real, concrete help. She is very knowledgeable, kind, listens, and answers your questions thoroughly. She is gentle and caring with her patients. Her staff is great. They communicated with me via email when I was abroad. The only thing that bothers me is that parking at their office site is not free.
