Marty has been my PCP for more than 10 years and has given great care and given professional care from day one.

My nightmare experience. As a person with PTSD- being injured can be pretty hard on me and anyone around me. To mitigate this- I called ahead and made sure I could be seen. When arriving- I was told I would be next. Let me tell you- I am in quite a bit of pain from an injury.
So the nurse practitioner (not even a doctor) seemed to be the one seeing patients. She stuck her head out and said - I am taking lunch... just tell them it will be a longer wait. - everyone needs lunch right-? I mean really- who cares about patients when there is 'anytime unscheduled time off'. Enjoy that brake at the patients expense- after your staff indicated that he could be seen quickly to mitigate any PTSD Symptoms or adverse reactions which may disturb others.
After voicing some displeasure at this- I was taken into a room by an administrative female who choose to belittle me to the point of a full blown PTSD Episode. I had asked to see a doctor- not some Affluent with a superiority complex.
So after being fully triggered by staff- I was treated to 'Marty'- whom one can only describe as a [Medical Nazi]. In HIS facility- ADA Laws do not apply. The 1st amendment is dismissed for sensitively. This guy just antagonized me until I left. I believe he was trying to provoke a physical confrontation for mirth.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had in years. A person with disabilities shouldn't be punished for being lied to and antagonized by a medical personnel when in need of medical treatment. Telling me that my language was unacceptable after being told I have PTSD was pretty low quality of a medical personnel. Escalating the situation was probably the worst thing 'Marty' could do. Making fun of me- while causing a PTSD meltdown- really showed his professionalism.
