How are you charging me $75 to reschedule an appointment? When this provider has cancelled on my several times. 

I changed  to this  dentist due to my original dentist cancelling appointments at the last minute numerous time.  I found this dentist via my  providers website.  There were good reviews with 5 stars and it was in the same location of my previous dentist.  What could go wrong?  Well, I initially made an appointment for a cleaning.  The dentist is Spanish and has a thick accent and that's no problem at all.  However it was extremely difficult to understand her without a mask and very difficult with a mask.  When I asked her to repeat herself on several occasions during our first encounter, she seemed to be offended.  I returned to get a filing today. I arrived with no ID or form of payment in hand because I am not generally charged for a filing.  When I arrived she immediately mentioned they would be a co-pay of $40.00.  I said to her that I have not paid a co-pay for a filing, in the past and I have the same insurance company.  She then asked if I wanted to call my insurance company to verify and I responded, yes and that I needed to call my husand to bring my wallet.  I had forgotten it at home.  While I was calling my husband and trying to  look up my insurance information on file on my computer.  I needed internet service and I asked her, If she offered complimentary service and If so, What's the passcode.  She gave me the passcode that had a C and a T in it.  I wanted to confirm those letters so I asked is that C as in Cat and T as in Tom.  Her response was," I know I have a thick accent is not that horrible." I responded, its not horrible its who you are why would that be horrible.  She then said," Well I am doctor so I guess it didn't hinder my education."  She finished with,  You will need to reschedule this appointment.    I asked, You can't take me now?  It was 4:12pm and my appointment was for 4:00pm.  She said, No.   I said to her,  I am going to go to another dentist because coming to your office has not been a great or good experience for me since day 1.  She said, yes you are right.  You may have a better experience so, please don't take my review as the end of all experiences however I wanted to share.
