"I got a return call back and the receptionist seemed irritated with the questions I had, after she told me the senior doctor would be retired. I’m not a healthcare professional and only asked if the alternate doctor was board certified and I was interested in an internist. The response I got was loud and rude. Her answer was all doctors have to be board certified- so I don’t know what you’re asking! Maybe it was a bad day for her, but I actually don’t get many days off to organize my health and didn’t need to that negativity in my day."

"Tremendously disappointed in this doctor and his staff. I shared my allergies with a nurse? PA? (not sure), yet I was provided with a medicine that contained a substance I am highly allergic to. I called the office to question it, since it was right on the label, but I was assured the substance was not in my medication. I have had a terrible allergic reaction since. The office personnel seemed bored with my report. I will not be returning to this doctor."

"Dr. Neef literally saved my life...one of my heart valves is failing, causing fluid to build up in my lung. Dr. Neef immediately sent me for a chest X-ray that confirmed his diagnosis. He called in a prescription to my Pharmacy, and withing 3-4 days I was on my feet again, and breathing. His staff was so kind and helpful...I have complete faith in Dr. Neef and his staff, after responding to this medical emergency...I could have died...Dr. Neef referred me to a Cardiologist, while I am now under Cardiac care....for now, I will live to die another day."

"I joined Dr. DeCarli's practice several years ago, he has such a wonderful style, that I am afraid it has spoiled me. But, thinking I would have him until my death, as fate would have it, it is not to be...I was very upset at the letter I received from him and thought he would have told me during my last visit to allow me ample time to find another Doctor. But, as you know...when you are on medicare, Doctors can't afford to accept too many write-off accounts. So, I continue to seach for the right Physician. And, his office staff reflected his style also: just wonderful....goodbye to Dr. DeCarli"

"I’ve needed a new primary care physician for a while, as I haven’t been happy with my previous one. I wish I made the switch a lot sooner. Dr. El-Amraoui is very knowledgeable, which, of course, is crucial, but she’s also very personable. She’s easy to talk to and she really listens and remembers what you’ve told her. She’s responsive with test results, sending them to you quickly after she gets them. She’s also practical and doesn’t seem to push tests or medications that aren’t really necessary. I’m very happy to have a new medical home. "
