Kelsey was very detailed in explaining possible health concerns. And was sincere about it. Very professional and helpful. Unfortunately a colonoscopy was ordered but the soonest appointment for the procedure was almost 60 days away due the need from other patients. Hopefully I can get an earlier date with another patients cancelation. Very very satisfied with the caring passionate concern from Kelsey. Made feel very comfortable and optimistic to the issue I was seeing for. Thank you

I was referred to Kadlec Gastroenterology and received a call within a couple days of the stat referral, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The staff were very friendly and were quick to check me in. Kelsey was compassionate, attentive, and informative. I provided Kelsey with my medical history from another provider related to the issue at hand, and she immediately knew how to handle the situation.

The doctor was great just trying to get the endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled is ridiculous. I was told I need an emergency one but they won't even schedule one and I'm on a waiting list for an emergency one.This is a question you should ask also and they need to make it in a more timely manner for everyone, especially the emergency cases.

Kelsey is very kind and compassionate. She listens to my frustration and understands that I am very knowledgeable about my GI issues and made appropriate recommendations. She is a good listener and gives choices for care so I feel that I am treated well. She is awesome!

As a new patient, all experiences were very good. The initial call for an appointment was very helpful and resulted in a call back very quickly to reschedule sooner due to a cancellation. The first visit with Kelsey was very welcoming, and all questions were answered.

Took a long time to get approval from the doctor's for the procedure to be taken care of, and they took the time to address all precautions before treatment and received the upmost care, thanks to the nurses and my care team for a positive visit

Kelsey Charles is a WONDERFUL provider who cares and shows concern for your concerns. She ordered thorough testing studies to help get to the bottom of my symptoms. I appreciate her very much and feel blessed that she is my GI provider!

Kelsie is the best NP I have seen thus far since my move to Tricities. She listened to my concerns and addressed each of them. She was courteous and very kind to reassure my worries about an upcoming procedure. She is a ROCK STAR!
