This was my first visit at the Senior Clinic, meeting Dr Ayee for the first time as I was needing a new primary care provider. I was extremely impressed with her, and feel very lucky to have her as my primary Dr! She is kind and thorough, she had read my file and knew my health history well before meeting me and was very knowledgeable about my health conditions! I found her easy to communicate with and felt that she was totally 100% there during our visit, focused on me and what I had to say, I didn't feel like she was rushing to get to something else, I felt like she had all the time in the world for me! A great experience, and I hope I can be her patient for years to come!

This was a first appointment to establish a new primary care doctor. I had to schedule 6 months out which was disappointing and then the office cancelled and wanted to move it out another 5 months. Luckily I was able to get a cancellation. Also at the time of the appointment my records had not been received (or could not be found) and the list of drugs was incorrect despite having been updated recently at a Kadlec Express walk in clinic. Dr. Ayee seemed to resolve the records Issue quickly. I did like Dr. Ayee very much and appreciated her patient engagement style and proactive approach to vaccines and needed tests when first starting with her.

I have recommended Dr Ayee to my friends who were in need of a doctor to specializes in senior care and they will "soon" get to appreciate her as much as I do. She hears what I have to say, and answers concerns and questions so that I can understand them. I know time is an important commodity to Dr. Ayee, and me, yet she seems to extend all the time I need in order to get those questions/concerns I have answered. She takes care of ME as a whole person and not just a person with a sore leg or sore back or some other age defining ailment. I appreciate her and her medical assistants.

Dr. Ayee was very knowledgeable concerning all my medical information that had just been forwarded to her. She asked pertinent questions of each malady listed on my charts and what was its present status. She listened very attentively to my answers and discussed each with a very positive and affirming attitude. I felt that she valued my responses and was at no time condescending. She was very professional, yet personable. I was very impressed with the whole appointment and her immediate scheduling of blood tests, xrays, etc., needed to update my file and address my concerns.

Dr. A, as I call her, has been the ONLY Dr. I have seen since I have lived in Tri-Cities (1998), to call me personally and give me the results of any tests she has ordered for me, even before the results are posted on My Chart or come in the mail. She has my complete history whenever I see her and is well-informed, easy to talk to and very invested in me as her patient. I highly recommend her to my friends and family. She is pleasant, positive, supportive and encouraging. I wish more doctors took a page from her book of how to treat patients.

Dr. Ayee is absolutely excellent the accuracy of her medical assessments/ evaluations as well as her willingness to discuss any medical issues that I have. Dr. Ayee always takes the necessary time required to fully cover each issue in sufficient detail so I have a full understanding of the issue and what treatments(s) will help to improve or resolve the issue. Dr A sets the bar very high for other Dr's to try to follow. She is very concerned about my health and asks questions and supplies answers that I never thought about. Dr A and her staff are always exceptional. I send messages asking questions and renewing RX's and she always responds very quickly even nights and weekends. She is never rushed when I see her and spends time ahead of appointment reviewing my chart so she can discuss things about me and reviewing tests that have been completed.

Dr. Ayee was very well prepared with all my medical history. I loved the fact that she actually did a hands-on exam - pulse, blood pressure, breathing, stethoscope etc. So many providers today sit at their computer and type away without actually getting their hands on patient. Also, she ordered a stool exam and called me immediately when she got the results. I know this because I got an email of my results minutes before she called. That is "excellent caring", and builds trust with me.

I've been around awhile and have seen several medical professionals. Dr. Ayee is probably one of the best I have been lucky enough to have as my primary care provider. She (not a nurse) calls to report findings from tests she has ordered. As busy as I know she is, she makes me feel she has "all the time in the world" to discuss any issues/concerns/questions I have. She does not dismiss me or make me feel uncomfortable when I ask questions. Dr. Ayee Is a good person.
