I got a return call back and the receptionist seemed irritated with the questions I had, after she told me the senior doctor would be retired. I’m not a healthcare professional and only asked if the alternate doctor was board certified and I was interested in an internist. The response I got was loud and rude. Her answer was all doctors have to be board certified- so I don’t know what you’re asking! Maybe it was a bad day for her, but I actually don’t get many days off to organize my health and didn’t need to that negativity in my day.
