I find Dr. Kopecki Knowledgeable as a physician with a good manner. However as an MDVIP patient paying a lot for better service He and his staff are lacking. I often found myself dreading figuring out the best way to schedule an appointment as they do not accept online appointments or communicate effectively via email. I am busy and that is why I pay extra for MDVIP I need the convenience or online scheduling and email communication. The Dr. also never follows up after lab works or tests something MDVIP promises. The office staff is slow and rude I have often overheard them talking about other patients in a derogatory manner.  I think as a regular Dr.'s office this would be a decent choice considering what is available in the area. However as an MDVIP provider this office fails to meet basic standards outlined by the plan. I voiced my concerns several times of the course of the year I was with this office to no avail and so far MDVIP has refused my request for a refund. You would be better served choosing another MDVIP Dr.
