"Dr. Newell was almost an hour late for our appointment and was vastly unhelpful when finally arriving. There was no notification of his inability to be on time so I was there just waiting for the entire time, not knowing if he would end up showing. He did not apologize for his tardiness and showed no empathy throughout the visit duration. I believe he is well equipped but extremely disappointed from the experience I've had with him. Others of whom I've talked to also had quite negative experiences and do hope for him to either grow and mature or be replaced."
