"Dr Delay has always been very friendly and courteous and very straight forward when he speaks to me about my eye care. His office is always clean and the staff is always very friendly."

"Dr. Erdmanczyk was very caring and thorough in his exam of my eyes. He was very knowledgeable and very personable! "

"My visit with Dr. Powell showed me two things: she is exceptionally rude and lacks empathy. I have been going to the UIW Eye Care facility for years and I have never been met with someone who treated me like I wasn't worth their time. Normally I'm met with bright-eyed and cheery students eager to learn and practice medicine, and honestly this visit was just that.....until Jeannette walked in. She proceeded to dispute everything I said I was feeling in my eyes, as well as tell the student Doctor that she was wrong in her diagnosis, in front of me, and dismissed my visit as a case of allergies. How can a Doctor tell me that severe and sudden vision loss is a case of allergies? I have since gone to a different clinic entirely where they've confirmed the student Doctor's diagnosis from UIW. Perhaps Jeannette was having a bad day, but never in my life have I felt so mistreated by a Doctor."
