"I have been a patient of dr henry for a few years now, and i felt compelled to write a review for him after reading the one and only on this site for him. (2023 i believe) i dont think it needs to be said that the person who left that review is bitter, and demanding narcotics regardless of dr henrys pain management plan for her/him. Coming in with a note from past dr is unheard of, you have your records sent. Also, when you get a nerve block, you dont also get narcotics... dr henry has every right to decide to prescribe narcotics or not, to any patient. Thats the drs desreetion. Also, he probably would have given non narcotic pakn relievers alongside a nerve block, but that person went to dr henry as a new patient basically there to demand narcotics. And the fact they had prior issues with said meds, again, up to the dr if he wants to prescribe, not their previous dr. Also, malpractice for NOT giving what you immediately asked for, absolutely insanity. Dr henry has been fair, informative, patient and wonderful as long as ive been a pt of his. Please dont let that 1 star review deter you, although im sure anyone with any sense would be rolling their eyes as much as i did reading it. His PAs are wonderful also, Olia is one that i see and i feel well taken care of there. (Dent wherle)"

"I had the not so pleasurable experience with her services two time. The first visit seemed to go ok, was with my husband, gave her all information with regards to my issues including doctors names and those doctors that referred me to a pain management. Said she was going to write a letter to my primary doctor asking him to continue my pain meds because she felt she could not help me. She still made me make an appointment with her for 4 months. By the way, during the 1st month I contacted my primary he said he did not receive anything from her; then I called her back was told she would discuss it at our next visit. Went back for my second visit, boy her tone changed and she told me she wanted me to go see someone that will help me cope with the pain and was I aware that pain is not real it is mind over matter! I told her my pain was real and I cope with it everyday. She then said that because I refused her recommendation that she could no longer have me as a patient. Are you kidding me really!!!! Then she said, well why don't we have you take the drug test. I said, why if you are no longer going to treat me! She said, that's you second refusal so now I will have to ask you to leave now. As you can imagine I lost it so things did not go well from that point on!!!!! FYI - if you are in The Buffalo Medical Group not only did she terminate me as a patient so did my primary Dr. Caerosso of Buffalo Medical Group! "
