"This “doctor” literally refused to see a patient who had a broken thumb a week ago. We waited 3 days for his response and he suggested to have the patient seen by owner of his colleagues, who by the way, is on VACATIONS! Being a real doctor involves being reasonable and responsible with your patients and this reaction was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, knowing time would continue to pass and that patient would continue to be without an evaluation on his broken metacarpal bone of his right hand. Apparently the revenue for seeing this patient was not going to be enough to be worthy of your time, doctor? I believe you swore the Hippocratic Oath as your guide and ethics …I would recommend reading it often so that you do not forget what it means to be a doctor."

"I have been seeing Dr. Nichole Joslyn for a little over 4 months now. There are no words to adequately describe the exceptional orthopedic surgeon she is. I had an accident in June of 2022 with a trailer that collapsed, and crushed my left hand. It left my index finger amputated, and the middle finger barley being held together by a thin bone. It was not known if the middle finger could be saved without having to amputate it also. The day I had my first appointment with her she came into the room, and noticed I was in tons of pain immediately. She gave me a block for pain to give me some relief as soon as it could be assembled and administered. I was so taken back immediately with the depth of compassion, and the extreme awareness she had to want to help her patients be as free of pain as quickly as possible. She looked at the possibility to save my middle finger, and to do reconstructive surgery, and plastic surgery without having to amputate it further to save it. After examining it further she was positive she could save it by doing reconstructive, and plastic surgery without having to amputate it at the same length the index finger was already amputated at. When she told me this. I remember I felt so grateful, and so amazed that she could do this that it brought a few tears to my eyes. Others who had looked at my hand in the emergency didn’t know if it could be saved without further amputation. In the emergency room they thought the index finger would have to amputated to the next natural bend in my finger. After examining the index finger Dr. Joslyn discovered she could do reconstructive surgery on it allowing me to keep the same length it was after the accident happened. I was so grateful not more of it had to be amputated to save it. I stand in awe every day at the outstanding results she left both my fingers with. The middle finger already looks like a normal finger. When the finger finishes healing all the way no one will even be able to tell it was almost completely amputated in my accident. She is amazing. Not only are her professional skills of the utmost highest level, her schooling, experience, and her impeccable commitment to her patient’s best outcome is beyond words to describe what they mean to me. She knew I would have to wait 2 and a half days before she could get me in for surgery. She then told me since I was her last patient for the morning, she could offer me the option to do the surgery in her clinic without being put under. She told me it would be the same surgery as I would have if I waited but she couldn’t put me under. She told me if she had any other patients waiting, she couldn’t have offered it to me. She told me she would forgo her lunch to help me if I was in favor. I can’t express how touched I was that she was willing to make that sacrifice for me. Dr Joslyn is one in a lifetime. Never have I had a doctor who has given her all to give her very best to her patients. I am so taken back by her true, genuine, caring, compassionate heart that she would put their needs above her own. She cares that her parents only receive the best care possible. She redid 3 stitches because she was so committed to that. She also talked to me and put me at ease so I would feel more relaxed and not afraid. Dr. Joslyn to me is the epitome of the kind of doctor that I wished all doctors were. As I have continued to recover and have now progressed to physical therapy to strengthen, and gain full function of my hand again. Her attentive, and genuine watchful care continues. The therapy room is close to the area of her clinic. When she has a free moment when she doesn’t have a patient, she checks in the physical therapy room to see how her patients are doing, and to answer any questions from the physical therapist, or her patients. She is completely committed, and devoted to her patients through the whole process of surgery, recovery, and rehabilitation. She has a true, genuine interest about her patient’s full recovery that they receive the ultimate, and best outcome of their healing,and recovery for the rest of their lives. Everything about her is top notch. I can’t say enough good about her. I couldn’t recommend anyone higher. She is above superior in my experience. Anyone who has the blessing of having her as their orthopedic, and plastic reconstructive surgeon or orthopedic specialist. Is getting the best there is. They don’t make them better than her. In addition, you couldn’t ask for someone with a warmer, compassionate, caring heart. To me she is the best doctor I have ever had in every way. She cares about your time, and she respects everyone’s time that sees her. I have found her diagnosis, treatment, knowledge, and skills to be the highest level. Her expertise is right on. I have trusted her implicitly, and have been so glad I have. She knows what she is doing, and is so gifted, and excellent at what she does. I hold the highest respect for her, and will be grateful for what she has done for me every day for the rest of my life. "
