"I had to find an oral surgeon to remove mandibular tori. Found Dr T, got an appointment right away. Procedure was just as he promised. Excellent job overall. Would highly recommend! Wonderful staff, very professional."

"Did preop appointment so surgery could be scheduled 5 weeks later, hoping insurance paperwork could be completed. Waited 4 weeks to check with office on insurance paperwork. None done. I called insurance and after many hours on the phone gave staff form number and instructions for Prior Authorization. Had that done in three days. The staff didn't file for Single Case Agreement until two days prior to surgery. Surgery cancelled the day before. The staff said the surgery would be rescheduled the next week. Docter himself told the dentist he would reschedule surgery for the next week. I called daily and was told a different story. I was placed on hold many times, promised someone would call back, promised they would call if anything changed. Never received a call or the truth. The staff is very incompetent and rude. They don't do their job. Even when you go in person you wait to talk to anyone. I would not recommend the way the staff treat patients and families."
