"I was in constant communication with Dr Michelle R. Blitzman office to let them know I was half a mile away and because one of the streets in Cambridge was closed I was unable to get there exactly by 11 and was 20 minutes late. My appointment was canceled and they refused to help me even though I gave them 3 separate calls to let them know the situation and that I was approaching. Mind you that I drove 50 minutes to make it there . This place doesn’t care about the patient at all and their service it’s really poor. I tried to get a different provider and they couldn’t help neither. I won’t recommend making an appointment with Michelle R. Blitzman as the people I spoke to in her office were extremely unhelpful."
