Waiting room times are over an hour long usually - and then you find out it's because he's talking about books with patients and just general chit chat. or when he texted his son, during my appointment. The front desk is getting worse - they deleted my insurance information and decided suddenly that I'm self pay! then they want me to fix it! I'm done."

"I needed to pick a new PCP and wanted one close to my home. I saw that Doctor Gutierrez was accepting new patients and called to make an appointment for a physical. The person I spoke with said they were scheduling physicals out in 2018, but then said they had a cancellation the next day and asked if I wanted it. I took it and went in 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment to do the paperwork. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in the examination room right on time, went through the preliminary exam and then the doctor came in right on time. I went down the hall for blood work and was out of there within 45 minutes. I've never had an office visit like that before. The doctor was very nice and had a great sense of humor. He set up a colonoscopy for me (my 1st one at 58 years old!) and I got that done in September. I'm very pleased with the entire experience."
