"I been with this office for 4 years now, I only had one issue with the front desk whom answers the phone, with I am surprise it happen or maybe she was having a bad day, she got a little nasty to me, like I inconvenience, like I said it only happen that one time, but I got her again this time she was nasty to me, unfortunately I had to report her, and she no longer works there, I guess other patients had a problem with her. But anyways, Dr Emily Denikos she is very polite, got very good sometime bedside manner, she also takes her time with you, you can give her suggestions about your health, my wait time the most it like 15 to 20 minutes what I like about this office is the place its clean, got a TV, plus coffee, snack pack, with fruit juice all healthy items, she was the only doctor who got my illness under control, the others like the stomach doctor would sway different ways, but she basically clear my stomach issue's.. A++ She also very sweet and young, she must of went to medical school super early.. :)"

"It is a nice, clean environment where you can receive good service. You can talk to the staff and the doctors on your own language. Please call today and make an appointment. Every time I come see my physician for a check up I leave 100% satisfied and happy. Every person from the staff is nice, and they are always making sure you feel at home. The physicians take their time with each patient, not like other doctors who want to see a patient in a matter of 10 minutes. I recommend this office to anyone that wants a quality health care office. I was looking for a Doctor that had a flexible schedule and found that this office is opened until late some days. I decided to go and see the Doctor for a quick check up one day after work. The Doctor is really professional and took his time to really get to know me and my medical history. He really does care about his patients and their health. I extremely recommend this medical office. All the staff of the medical office is very professional. They are also very respectful. All Dr are very professional and explain the treatment. I has satisfied by the attention received. A clean medical center with good hygiene, access to parking. Staff professional and friendly"

"Dr. Shirley is by far the most thorough primary care physician I've ever had. I'm a new patient, and almost immediately felt comfortable with her taking over as my PCP. I didn't feel rushed, and left with confidence that I made the right choice. I felt heard, understood and had a good plan on how to approach my health issues. Her knowledge was refreshing, and I look forward to continuing my care with her."

"I can't understand the other reviews listed here. I became a patient of Dr. Steve Stoev in Feb. 2018, after several years with another medical provider. Yes, Dr Steve is very thorough and orders a lot of tests. And thank goodness. Because one of them revealed that I had Stage 3A Non Small Cell Lung Cancer! The other provider I had used for almost 5 years gave me lots of blood tests and never once caught the NSCLC. Had it been caught earlier (or if I had switched to Dr. Steve earlier), maybe I wouldn't be in the frightening situation I now find myself. Bedside manner? Dr Steve couldn't have been more empathetic or concerned about how I was feeling. His office staff was equally concerned and tried to make things as easy for me as possible by making my appointments for me with the specialists I needed to see or providing reports that I needed to have. I just don't understand these other reviews. I can't say they are wrong or just nasty because I wasn't seeing this doctor at the time they are dated. But as far as I'm concerned, Dr. Steve and his staff are absolutely the best in my book!"

"Ive been a patient with him for years but I cant take it anymore, He doesn't do anything and finds excuses not to help you , Will not prescribe any pain medications and is very opinionated about people has no skills in diagnosis , The staff is even worse no one knows what they are doing and you cant get through on the phone almost all only speak Spanish . "

"Their listing says they accept new patients, but they certainly don't respond to phone calls. I tried calling several times over the last two weeks and haven't heard back from my voice mail messages. Going by the other reviews, it's apparent that responsiveness is a common problem here."
