"I am not sure why I am asked to be 15 minutes early if the doctor is running an hour behind. My old PCP retired and I guess I was spoiled because I never waited more than 15 minutes to see someone. "

"She will tell you one thing in her office. Then get your lab results and send cryptic one liner messages with the result. When you ask a question back she is rude and condescending. She assumed my taking a month to get the labs done was because I wasn’t in dire need. Not bothering to ask - she assumed. Doctors should never assume. Don’t trust her. Her response to my question was to tell me I owed her a small balance. She’s rude and after your money only. Don’t waste your time."

While occasional delays in appointment schedules are not uncommon in medical practices, I have found the service provided by Dr. Dharia and the entire staff to be exemplary.
