"I’m Deaf. At medical appts i normally take turns typing back and forth with doctor on my iPad. Went to this guy a couple years ago. This guy came in and had his assistant type with me instead of typing himself directly like most doctors usually do. They asked a few short questions and then he did an exam. Then he spoke to the assistant and before she finished typing he walked out of the room leaving her to show me what he said after he left. And that’s it the appt was over. Didn’t give me a chance to ask questions or have a discussion with him about my problem. Unfortunately i’ve experienced medical discrimination several times before because i’m Deaf but he was without a doubt the one of the most dismissive and rude doctors i’ve ever had an appt with. Would never go to him or that practice again and would highly recommend against him to anybody. "

With a highly trained nursing staff, all of my needs were met. Surgery on Thursday; checked out on Friday. A novel two inch incision on either side of spine provided highest possible degree of minimal invasive surgery. You just won't find a better spinal surgery procedure any where else."

"Although I am very impressed with the level of empathy and professionalism of his staff, I was shocked by the size of this man's ego. I Had been seeking two implants not covered by insurance so I am aware I am paying out of pocket and prepared to do so. He first advised that I wait for 3 to4 months while his 'colleagues' discuss their approach. After a month and a sidetrack down a path of several thousand dollars of orthodontics deemed unnecessary by second opinions I dismissed the orthodontics at a cost of over 500 dollars and asked Claudio to please focus on the surgery necessary for the implants and nothing more.
