I can't emphasize enough how appalling my experience with Orthopedic Associates of West Florida (OAWF) has been. If you're considering seeking treatment here, I urge you to think twice before subjecting yourself to their incompetence and disregard for patients.

Communication is a foreign concept to OAWF. Attempting to reach them via phone, email, or even leaving voicemails is as futile as yelling into the void. They've mastered the art of ghosting patients, with absolutely zero responses to any form of communication. It's as if they've taken a vow of silence, except it's at the expense of their patients' well-being.

Time means nothing to OAWF. They treat it with the same level of importance as a discarded piece of gum on the sidewalk. Not once, not twice, but three times they canceled my scheduled surgery without bothering to inform me. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at the surgery center, ready to undergo a procedure that had been meticulously planned, only to be met with the news that OAWF had nonchalantly decided to cancel without so much as a courtesy call.

Their lack of respect for patients' time is unfathomable. It's as if they expect us to twiddle our thumbs indefinitely while they play roulette with our medical care. Cancelling a surgery is not a trivial matter—it disrupts lives, causes unnecessary stress, and undermines the trust patients place in their healthcare providers.

In summary, Orthopedic Associates of West Florida (OAWF) has not only failed in their duty to provide adequate medical care but has also demonstrated a blatant disregard for basic human decency. Save yourself the frustration and anguish by steering clear of this woefully incompetent establishment. Your health deserves better than what OAWF has to offer.
