Kopit reported to the courts that the mother, who married a richer man (as well as exposed himself to my daughter), should be able to move away from CO. He said that mother, who is now not working, and no education should have educational decision making as well as medical. If you are rich, hire him. He will do what you want. Kopit is a true prostitute and disgrace in the medical field. Research his past and reviews for yourself."

"This woman is not just incompetent and unprofessional when it comes to being a parental responsibilities examiner for the court system , she biased, anti-military, anti-white male, and flat out dangerous if your child is a special-needs child or your situation involves circumstances outside of her immigration and refugee specialization. Thankfully, our judge had the discernment to throw away 90% of her report and testimony. She was blatantly dishonest. She transposed witness answers to say what she wanted. She sought negative information and responses from neutral parties against the non Hispanic / Latino party as well, refusing to accept any positive information or responses . She picked and chose whatever evidence she would accept in order only to support the parent she wanted and came up with bizarre Excuses for discounting everything else. She completely disregarded the entire case, history, and all of the previous experts and current providers who didn’t agree with her with more bizarre excuses . And her exhibition of confirmation bias Was so blatant that one witness testified under oath “I thought she was the other sides attorney.’ In addition, she blatantly violated a non-parties, psychological and medical Privacy and HIPAA rights by providing photographs of medical information that she secretly Took without permission during a zoom interview, without authorization, and provided it to the opposing party. Her recommendations in many cases were not just incompetent, or repeats of previously Failed Interventions, but in one case, blatantly illegal and against prescribing law. Please read the other reviews as everything that they state, we also experienced. She had her mind made up before she ever spoke to us. She accused us of lying three times in the first five minutes of our first interview ,she never made a single home visit, she refused to provide copies of the psychological testing and came up with all sorts of conclusions that don’t match any of the five previous testing, claiming that providing court ordered psychological testing to the parties or the court is a HIPAA violation (She was perfectly fine, violating HIPAA in other ways) Her advertising is also false. She is not the only Spanish-speaking PRE or person available to administer the MMPI test. In fact, she barely works with the gentleman who administers the test. She sends you up to Denver to have it done and you only meet with that man once and have to pay him separately for testimony without ever seeing his report or his results of the testing . You have absolutely no way of knowing if she is correctly reporting the testing results or not although,miraculously, her hypothesis diagnosis of each person just happens to be absolutely correct according to the test scores (despite none of the parties ever having tested that way or been diagnosed with any of these mental conditions the five previous times the test was taken or in any other area of life )She also charged us double what a licensed medical doctor averages for a PRE report (over $14,000). If this woman is assigned to your case, run, Especially if you are military."

"Dr. Madeline Lehrer is a Clinical Psychologist who provides services at 200 White Spruce Blvd Ste 220, Rochester, NY 14623. She is IN NETWORK in my Aetna medical plan (confirmed as she is listed as in network on my Aetna healthplan website) .However she refuses to adhere to Aetna's IN NETWORK rules and fees, and instead positions herself as out-of-network and charges her full fee to you. Furthermore, she requires that you have a credit card on file so that she can charge and collect her full fee immediately. She does not engage in any discussions with me to discuss the fees and why she does not abide by Aetna's IN NETWORK fee structure. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Lehrer or any other practitioners in her office."

"I worked with Robin for several years, and until a chronic illness turned disabling, had known him to be a warm and compassionate therapist. He didn't seem to understand the complexities of my disease, and I often felt patronized, belittled and judged for my treatment goals and medical decisions. Our relationship became strained, and he ultimately made comments that were, at best, unprofessional and well outside his scope of expertise, and at worst, cruel and insensitive. When I attempted to transition to a more knowledgeable therapist, he became overly defensive, and made the termination process needlessly difficult and demeaning. I cannot recommend Robin for anyone whose mental health needs include coping with chronic pain, physical illness or disability. "
