"I am shocked by the few negative comments about Dr. Willard and his practice. Some people can never be happy unless they aren't happy... My family and I have been going to Dr. Willard's practice for decades, and we have always found him to be competent, courteous, a good listener (few doctors are!) and a top-notch medical professional. We had to step out of his practice for a while as my new employer used Kaiser...while Kaiser was fine, we missed Dr. Willard! Now we're back with him and are very pleased to have returned! And yes, there are PAs in Dr. Willard's practice now, but our experience with them has been positive as well. If you are searching for a new doctor (and if he is taking new patients), do not hesitate because of the Debbie Downers who wrote such negative reviews. He and his staff are great."
