"We had to go back for a second procedure. They were unwilling to help with insurance. I waited over a week to get a call back. Seems they don't care who their partners are. Ended up not using them. I spent well over 20 hours trying to get anyone to help. The constant was " you have to call therm". They will not reach out to the facility or the anesthesiologist on my behalf. They always said that is not our job. I was under the assumption I chose the doctor. They chose their partners. I asked for the doctor to call me! I guess making money is more important than a consumers perception. (Still have not heard from management)."
