"He kept me waiting almost 2 hours past my appt time. I had to go over my entire medical history with 3 different people who didn't talk to each other. He said he would get further records from the doc who sent me to him and then make a plan of tests. He promised I wouldn't fall through the cracks. A few days later I received a letter from him to my original doctor saying there was nothing he could do. He gave me his email to ask any questions. I sent him an email and had questions. He didn't answer a single one. I sent another question regarding a medication he prescribed to me, he said I need to talk to a urologist about the meds since "that's not really my thing". He totally blew me off. Very disappointing visit and I understand docs get behind but 2 hours is just disrespectful."

"This is not a womans dr. She could care less about your pain and discomfort. Hemorrhoid surgery is too superficial for this giganticly self-important surgeon. And yet, she told me hemorrhoid surgeries are fun and quick and are extremely painful to recover from. Imagine a (professional) surgeon poised with a scalpel on your already sensitive anus who finds hemorrhoid surgeries to be "fun". Yeah, not so much. A reall kook."

"Dr. Strutt was extremely brutal during my exam for a fissure. He ignored my cries of pain, provided no sympathy, was rough and overly forceful during the exam. Once he found the fissure he continued to exam me unnecessarily two more times. I asked him why he was examining me a third time knowing how extremely painful it was and he said, “he didn’t want to miss anything.” He had found the fissure the first exam. There was no need to keep examining me. I felt completely abused. He did not have a witness in the room like he did the first time. AVOID Dr. Strutt!"
