"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tackie! We've been going with her for years now and never had any problems or issues. Her staff is always welcoming, respectful, and friendly. She always ensures she answers all our questions/concerns. My kids love getting books and ice cream on their appointment day. Honestly, I can't express enough how incredible of an individual she is! She loves what she does, she remembers every child that she takes care of, and she treats your child as her own! Scheduling is flexible, no overcharging, appointments are always smooth and efficient, easy to schedule appointments, easy to contact the office, etc. We love her! I highly recommend Dr. Tackie!"

"Dr Sinha has been my daughter’s pediatrician for the last couple years and we have never had a bad experience. Having our first child right as the covid pandemic was ramping up was indescribably stressful, but we always felt like Dr Sinha provided good/knowledgeable advice, excellent service, and never hesitated to go the extra mile to help a couple of new parents like us stay calm and make smart decisions. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone."

"I tried to contact this place to speak to someone to ask if they are taking in new patients, called 3 times with no results. So I went there to ask that question the girl that was there said yes, so I filled out the form. On Aetna's website it said that this was Family Practice which is why I was there, after approx wait of 2 hrs then seem by the person there, he told me that he could not give me an oral prescription and that it wasn't a Family Practice, that it was across the street! And sorry for the misunderstanding. "

"I arrived for a TB skin test and a physical exam, which was clearly stated to the office staff. Here are my complaints. - waited an hour for a room. - once in a room I waited about hour for someone to enter. - The Physician assistant performed a 30 second "physical exam" - The exam consisted of listening to my heart and lungs inadequately ( wasnt even told to respire, I held my breath to see if he would say something and he didn't catch that). - He pushed on my abdomen in 2 spots, and called the exam done. - The PA never asked me any questions about anything! If I had any complaints or concerns. - Then he sits me in the hallway for another 45 mins. - An unidentified person arrives and hand me a paper and says nothing except that I could go. - I asked him what the paper was and he says its for bloodwork. - I told him I wasn't informed about any blood work and asked why I hadn't been informed about it. - He tells me to go to one of the addresses to get the blood work done, as that is what the doctor wanted, then dismisses me to leave. - I Then asked him about my TB skin test. - He said no one had informed him about the test. - I proceeded to wait another 45 mins for the staff and this unidentifed person to return. - They charged me for the TB test, and took me to a back hallway area. - An unidentified person, who never introduced himself or his title, and never makes eye contact with me begins to prepare my shot. - I asked him to identify himself, and then another patient walks into my area and sees me in the chair with no privacy. - The person was asking about when they were gonna be seen, because they had waited a long time. - Then after adminstering the shot, he neglects to tell me to return for the reading in 48-72 hours. - Luckily, since i work in the medical field I know the protocol. When I returned after 2 days. I asked for my paperwork about my physical exam to be returned to me. The doctor filled in inaccurate vitals and my visual acuity (when it was never done at this office before). Then he failed to fill out the physical exam form to completion. I asked for the paper to be filled out correctly, and that if the exam was normal to write that it was normal and the physician refused repeatedly. He comprimised by placing a check mark in each column. The reason I am so frustrated was that because he lied. All those sections of the physical exam were never performed. Neurological, lymphatic, musculoskeletal, I had my shirt on during the whole exam for crying out loud. The actions of this physician and his staff were obscene, unethical, and untolerable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. "
