Primary Care Doctors - Yucaipa, CA

"This is a poorly run practice. The Doctor is not helpful at all!! This doctor doesn't not explain anything. 2/2021 I was diagnosed with Pre-diabetes and never received a phone call. I found out through the Aetna website that I had a new prescription (diabetes medication). Called the doctor twice, and didnt get a call back for weeks. When he finally did call, he said, "You have a question about medication?". When I asked about the pre-diabetes he said don't eat pasta, rice or sugary stuff. They don't like to call patients back or follow up with referrals. I had thyroid cancer and in 2 years, have not been referred to an Endocrinologist to check if cancer is coming back. The referral coordinator says she will put in referrals and then doesn't. My daughter lost an important followup appt for a dislocated knee, because of this. She is only there in the mornings, so it's difficult to get a hold of her. She is terrible at return calls and then they try to extend old referrals that can't be used for the current appt. I can't even look up my medical information because there is no electronic way to see anything. This is very frustrating and I will be switching doctors after I file this complaint."

"I made an early morning appointment due to my busy work schedule. I thought first thing @ 9:00 would work. By 9:40, I left without ever seeing the doctor. Can I bill HIM for my office visit?! Totally inexcusable & unprofessional!"
