I tried to contact this place to speak to someone to ask if they are taking in new patients, called 3 times with no results. So I went there to ask that question the girl that was there said yes, so I filled out the form. On Aetna's website it said that this was Family Practice which is why I was there, after approx wait of 2 hrs then seem by the person there, he told me that he could not give me an oral prescription and that it wasn't a Family Practice, that it was across the street! And sorry for the misunderstanding.
