"Dr. Glassman has amazing bedside manner and takes time to make his patients feel comfortable and understood. I went in for an IUD and have underlying medical issues that cause additional pain and he was very understanding. He prescribed me the needed pain management prior to my IUD insertion, and he and the entire office staff were extremely attentive and caring throughout the procedure and ensured I was okay afterwards. I’ve never had such a positive experience with an obgyn and am very happy to be a patient here! "

"Dr. Laura Mercer is awesome. I've been a non-pregnant patient of hers for about 3 years. I feel lucky to have found her upon moving to the area. It's clear Dr. Mercer wants to have conversations with her patients and really know their lifestyle, concerns, and health goals in order to provide proper healthcare to us. Her OB/GYN technical knowledge and skill set is apparent. Also when there was problems with staff, Dr. Mercer herself wanted to hear about it and help resolve the situation herself if it couldn't be resolved otherwise. There were concerns in regards to the redhead front desk staff member and possibly billing department. I've had problems with: 1) scheduling as they tell me 1 date/time, then apparently change my appt without telling me, then mark me as no-show, then bill me for the full appt that never actually existed; 2) watch the billing very carefully and understand what services were provided & what you are being billed for; call your insurance company for assist if needed too. Medical billing mistakes and errors appear to be high occurrence in the Phoenix area as a whole though compared to other areas of the U.S. that I have previously lived in. ... which is unfortunate to patients. "
