" I waited a long time in the waiting room during which time the office staff was talking about other patients (super inappropriate and uncomfortable). I had my records sent over early because they are fairly lengthy, she had not looked at literally anything and I spent most of the appt going over my history and she would get distracted and have me re-explain things. Super impatient. Told me my abdomen felt odd, had me take a pregnancy test, and didn't come back to say anything else after it came out negative. Awful experience. "

"Today I called to see if I could make a appointment with the doctor and anytime I get on the phone I always ask how are you Before starting a conversation. Due to you would be Surprise how that little how are you can make somebody’s day so I always make it a routine. But the lady on the phone was so rude and rushing me through every questions I had or that she asked not even letting me answer the question before asking another. "

"Denise Grobe was my dr and she told me my pelvic ultrasound found nothing, I just requested a copy of it, she told me nothing that was noted from the radiologist. had an MRI done for hip issue and they found fibroids on my uterus. still having the issue I complained about so I am going to a real dr.."

" I transferred as a new patient at the beginning of March 3, 2022. The front desk assistants were unfriendly, rushed and very distracted. I saw a Nurse Practitioner that was leaving the practice 4/1/22. I was taken off all my hormone meds, sent for bloodwork and an ultrasound was ordered. I was never called with the results of the ultrasound, or bloodwork. I called twice to the front desk and was told they lost my chart.
