I called and scheduled a cleaning, The office made me an appointment and as a new patient I expected a full round of x-rays and exam. What I did not expect was the hour long wait in the chair, and to be told that I could not get the cleaning that I would have to reschedule to get that cleaning. 
I also did not expect to have unwanted and unneeded services pushed on as if I had no choice in what services I wanted or needed. 
Dr. Baalbakly made me feel uneasy and as if he was only out to do expensive procedures to  to benefit his practice not for the benefit of his patients. When I questioned him about the reason for these procedures I felt that his answers were no supportive of the recommendations he was making...i.e. well it looks like but it could wait.

On the check out his Insurance specialist tried to get me to sign an authorization/commitment for the $655 additional upgraded crown. I told her I only wanted the standard crown and she still insisted I sign the paper for the most expensive crown. 

I sure hope they are all not like this in Las Vegas
