Do yourself and your hard earned money a favore and stay away from her. I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She left me hanging during a very important time that her care was most needed! After waiting for some two months to get to see her, she not only did not give any summary of my visit for my reference and how to access portal to see the results(usually done by the team) but also did zero follow up on anything that we spoke during my visit including the labs she had ordered! I emailed her with my questions about any changes necessary to my medication dosage according to my lab results and no one cared to respond! Wow! I spent plus 300 bucks for a visit that had no outcome what so ever and was just a waste of time and money! It especially was important to me to be in her care because we were trying to conceive and my infertility especialist wanted me to see an endocrinologist. Fast forward to 9 months later when I finally got pregnant and my hormones were again out of balance, the available appointment for me was too late to be helpful to the sensitive trimester I needed care! So she just increased my dose without seeing me and I myself asked her to at least order some labs for a closer look! This is not end of the story! She and her team also refused to send the prescription for my refill to another state when I was out of my tabs during pregnancy, with the laughable excuse that she is not licensed in that state! A child knows these days that you do not need to be licensed in another state to be able to send refill orders there! People travel and go to school in other states all the time and get their meds refilled easily! They had not even send the prescription for the increased dose to my pharmacy when I was in the Washington state! I literally was begging for a refill and they refused! They for sure did not want to just do even basic stuff for their patients without getting paid, and wanted me to pay for a full visit so they can send a refill! I ended up asking a doctor that had not even seen me yet for refill on my thyroid meds. She might be knowledgeable but does not know how to provide care! I do not recommend her at all.

Dr. Tylee is one of  the most careful,  caring, patient, and knowledgeable physician that I meet.  When I asked her whether I need to get the radioactive treatment without hand shaking (symptom), she told me it depends on result of the blood test and asked me do the blood test as soon as possible. Today she called me about the result and the arrangement of following items in hospital. She explained the reason why I don't need to get radioactive treatment right now. She connected the telephone with interpretation during the call.  I felt satisfied and happy.
