doctor did not show up for appointment,  office staff poorly managed, had no idea when he would show up.  I was there for follow up from knee surgery which has not been going well,  too bad he doesn't care.  My last appointmentt he failed to show up, so his partner saw me and was glib with responses.   But what they are really good at is collecting your money.  That part they have down.   My time is as valuable as a physicians, and to not even bother showing up for a patients appointment time or communicating with the office when they will show up is not acceptable
