I told the staff that I?m autistic and have dental anxiety. The surgery was meant to be a simple cyst removal. The surgeon chose to also remove saliva glands (he cites the reason as being infection in those glands). I had a panic attack during the surgery.After surgery I was given verbal instruction to rinse my mouth w salt wash after eating and take ibuprofen. I was not given written post operative instructions. I have been in contact w the office repeatedly about pain, swelling and infection. My concerns were invalidated. I was told it was fine over a video message. The day after it was oozing puss and very obviously infected. I reported the infection and increased pain. I was told it is a ?little surgery? and to take more ibuprofen (when I am already taking 4 ibuprofen every 4 hrs despite having kidney issues and anemia). I have missed work and been in crying pain during meetings with clients and my employees. I have no prior issues or problems w misusing pain medication 0/10
