He always encourages questions, allows time for patients to process information, and explains information in a digestible way. He operates extremely well. With any patient requests, he follows through with a commitment and conviction that makes his patients feel very cared for. When he says he will get you a print out, he hands you a paper from the printer three seconds later. When you request that he double checks something, he immediately pulls out his tablet without any hesitation to go through the results again so you can feel reassured. When he tells you he cares and you communicate you don't understand a topic, he will go over as many times as you need despite being extremely busy. Dr. Brown very much values patient care. Additionally, he takes it a step further by being willing to be uncomfortable to make others feel welcomed. One time, sticky wood putty got onto the soles of my shoes, and Dr. Brown touched it when examining my leg. Throughout the 15+ minutes that I spent speaking with him, he never indicated anything was different or even bothered excusing himself to wash his hands. He was so focused on what he could do for me, and how he could help me. It was only when he grabbed the hand sanitizer when he thought I had left that I realized his hands probably were sticky throughout the whole encounter. I think Dr. Brown is an exceptional physician and has an incredible character. I feel incredibly lucky to have him as my doctor as he has not only changed my life by performing a surgery for me, but also serving as a role model on how to treat others with sincerity, consideration, and respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering from any knee, elbow, or shoulder injuries.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brown. My x-ray showed that I had no issues with my knees so he basically talk it out with me asking any questions listening to my answers and then came to a conclusion the treatment that he was gonna give and it's working!

I think Dr. Taylor Brown has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor I've ever dealt with. Dr. Brown is not snobby or condescending like most doctors are. Rare to find a specialist/surgeon as friendly, respectful, and helpful as he is.
